Axel Dulz is a master craftsman for protection and security, specialist author and IHK examiner for from the industry. He works as a freelance instructor for the training of retrainees to become specialists for protection and security at the private Cologne-based training provider Plan-B-Bildungs-GmbH and is responsible for three to four classes with six to ten students each. His training concept is based on the training framework of regular vocational training and he places particular emphasis on practice. In order to teach the future command and control personnel how to use modern online guard control systems, instructor Dulz has entered into a cooperation with COREDINATE GmbH.
Dulz's training concept includes practical training references and focuses on the area of technology. Alarm and fire alarm systems are an important part of his teaching, as they provide insight into the operation of security technology. Due to his experience as an operations manager of a security company, he had already worked with COREDINATE in the past. For training purposes, COREDINATE GmbH provides system and hardware samples to build up a detailed training course that introduces the participants to the administration, the various possibilities, the customer management and the practical handling of guard control systems.
To date, Dulz has offered the course twice since October 2022, generating significant interest. The course has been attended by prospective safety and security professionals as well as subject matter experts. Participants receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the Guard Patrol Systems Day Seminar. Dulz plans to add a practical application area to the course in the future to make it even more detailed.
