Email deliverability is a critical factor in ensuring that you receive our important news and updates. Not only our guardian control system COREDINATE, but also our marketing team sends regular emails. Once a month we send a newsletter to our customers and prospects that includes product updates, offers, event information and much more. For this purpose, we use the software called HubSpot.
However, in some cases, our emails may not end up in your inbox. This may be because your IT department has certain security measures in place that restrict emails from third-party providers like our platform. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to help you avoid this problem.
Here are some proven measures you can take to ensure you receive our emails smoothly:
1. Whitelisting of IP addresses
Our emails are sent via specific IP addresses. If your IT department has blocked IP addresses, this may result in undeliverability. Ask your IT to whitelist the following IP addresses to ensure that our emails can be delivered:

- 18.208.124.128/25

2. Update your contact settings
Please make sure that you adjust your contact settings in our system. Please check if your email address is stored correctly and if you have activated the desired notifications.
3. Check your email sending settings
Please check that your email delivery settings are configured correctly in your email provider account. Check that our emails are not accidentally marked as "Policy" or "Spam" as this may affect deliverability.
