What the scheduling module does

COREDINATE combines shift scheduling and time tracking on a single platform. If you have been juggling a separate scheduling tool alongside your guard tour system, that stops here. One login, one user database, less admin overhead.

• Shift scheduling — Assign security officers to sites and time slots. The system factors in time off, sick leave, and certifications so you do not accidentally schedule an unqualified officer or someone on vacation.
• Automatic time tracking — Completed shifts are transferred directly into working time management. No manual timesheets, no month-end data entry.
• No-show alerts — If an officer does not check in at the start of a scheduled shift, you get an automatic email notification. You find out immediately, not two hours later when the client calls.
• One platform — User management stays in one system instead of running a guard tour system and a separate scheduling tool side by side.

Automatic time tracking included

Most security scheduling tools either charge extra for time tracking or bury it in an expensive tier. With COREDINATE, time tracking is included in both base packages (Flex and Long-Term) at no additional cost. The scheduling module builds on top of it.

COREDINATE tracks two distinct time types:

• Working hours — Total shift duration (e.g. 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM). This is what goes to payroll.
• Site time — Actual time spent at each specific location or zone within a site. This is what goes to your client for billing and proof of coverage. No other scheduling tool in the market tracks this.

Time tracking runs automatically via checkpoint scans (NFC, Beacon, or GPS) when an officer enters and leaves a location. Officers can also clock in and out manually through the app. All recorded hours can be exported as PDF or CSV for payroll processing in your existing system.

Works with any guard tour system

The scheduling module is not locked to the COREDINATE guard tour system. If you already use a different patrol system and only need scheduling and time tracking, COREDINATE handles that. One user database across both functions — no duplicate accounts, no syncing headaches.

Pricing

The scheduling module costs EUR 4 per user per month, cancelable monthly. Shift scheduling and automatic time tracking are both included in that price.
