Custom subdomains, Single Sign-On and advanced statistics

COREDINATE is continuously evolving. With this update, we are adding three features that many customers have asked for: custom subdomains for your company, Single Sign-On for smoother logins, and extended statistics for incidents.

 

What’s new?

Three enhancements that make your day-to-day work with COREDINATE even easier.

Custom subdomain

You can now use COREDINATE under your own subdomain. Instead of coredinate.de, your employees simply access, for example, your-company.coredinate.de.

Configuration:
  • Subdomain is defined during the trial phase
  • Can be changed under Company profile → General settings
  • Automatic redirect during login

Ideal if you want your teams to go straight to the right address.

Single Sign-On (OIDC)

With Single Sign-On, your staff log in once centrally and then have access to all connected COREDINATE services. This is based on the OIDC protocol.

Your benefits:

  • Fewer passwords to manage
  • Central user administration
  • Sign out once, log out everywhere

OIDC is an open standard and can be integrated into existing identity management systems.

Enhanced incident statistics

Additional statistics are now available for incidents. You can add them as widgets to your dashboards.

This allows you to track:

  • Frequency of incidents
  • Average processing time
  • Irregularities and patterns

The widgets are highly configurable and can be placed in different dashboards as needed.
