We were at the SecurityExpo 2024 in Munich
Daniela Gröbel-Becker : Jun 28, 2024
Preparing for an exhibition is always a big deal, especially for the marketing team. Comprehensive planning starts months in advance. This includes booking the exhibition stand and hotels, detailed coordination with the exhibition builder, and personnel planning. Every little detail, from name badges to printing data for the exhibition stand to coffee cream, must be carefully thought out and organized on time. This precise coordination represents a true logistical masterpiece.
This year, we also produced and printed new brochures, postcards, and flyers. It’s even more gratifying when everything fits perfectly in the end, the stand shines in new splendor, and many visitors praise our efforts.
Our COREDINATE Stand in the calm before the storm
Hot off the press: Just in time for the expo, our freshly produced brochures and postcards arrived.
As in previous years, several of our loyal customers visited us again, which always makes us happy. We value the personal interactions and the satisfied faces of our COREDINATE users. Especially exciting were the numerous new prospects from various industries who showed great interest in our Workforce Management System.

The company Porsche AG, represented by Philipp Leichter, also visited our stand.
The first evening ended with a strong thunderstorm, which led to some visitors and ourselves making use of our rain ponchos. Fortunately, we had packed enough of them. They were snatched up quickly. We also put some on and managed to arrive at our hotel relatively dry.

On the second day of the expo, several customers visited us again. Additionally, we had the opportunity to present our Workforce Management System to several interested parties. Towards the end of the day, I took the time to pay a short visit to the BVSW and the BDSW. COREDINATE places great importance on intensive collaborative work, and the expo provides an ideal opportunity for personal exchanges. Face-to-face conversations are still much more pleasant than just over the phone or via Teams.

We had a very successful expo with many engaging conversations, satisfied customers, and promising new prospects. Our support team will be working hard in the coming weeks to handle the numerous onboarding appointments.
As they say: After one expo ends, preparations for the next one begin. We are already looking forward to participating in the SecurityExpo 2025 next year. The security industry really does feel like one big family.
