This shows customers that their needs are being taken care of and customer satisfaction continues to rise.
The portal system enables me as a security service provider to present a high level of transparency to the customer. In addition, the customer has an interaction option that no other system has offered to date.

COREDINATE^® has automated and clearly structured time-consuming tasks – such as evaluating tours, assigning events and sending them by e-mail, managing personnel and access rights, etc. – and simplified administration with simple and clear interfaces. Time-consuming training is virtually unnecessary thanks to the simple and clear operation.

  HOW DO YOU RATE THE USABILITY OF COREDINATE^®?

One advantage is that COREDINATE^® uses the simple haptics of current smartphones, to which everyone over the age of 13 is now accustomed, so there are actually no user errors.
Therefore, on a scale from 1 (bad) to 10 (unparalleled): Clearly a 9! We don't want to exaggerate ;)

  HOW DO YOU RATE THE SET-UP AND FIRST STEPS WITH COREDINATE^®?

Very simple and well thought-out; I recommend everyone to try the starter package with the support of COREDINATE^®. The knowledge that is already imparted makes the setup very easy and quick. Almost any employee with the relevant user rights can be set up as a partial administrator without hours of instruction/training.

The setup can be implemented in real operation without any problems. I myself set up the entire head office with 80 checkpoints, employee access points, customer access points and five different tours for a customer in four hours. The customer was stunned that it went so quickly and that there were no problems at all.

  HOW HAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS/EMPLOYEES REACTED TO THE NEW POSSIBILITIES WITH COREDINATE^®?

Employees have consistently given positive feedback on COREDINATE^®. The ease with which incidents can be recorded and reported immediately has been received enthusiastically across the board. The transparency made possible by the portal approvals for the customer and the possibility (depending on the approval) of interaction have encouraged 100% approval from customers across the board.
