COREDINATE uses the NFC interface built into most smartphones (Android or iPhone) for checkpoint scans. A special and expensive hardware, the data collector, is not necessary - the service cell phone, which is usually carried along anyway, is sufficient.

However, the scanning of control points is only a fraction of the functions that are possible with COREDINATE. Try our TestKit, and see for yourself!

With COREDINATE the times of special and expensive hardware are over, it is enough. Our online guard control system works with the following devices:

• A smartphone with NFC function and data connection (Android or smartphone).
• A PC/tablet with Internet browser and Internet access

We offer two types of checkpoint scans, one is the standard variant and the other is the on-metal variant. Both variants are weatherproof and can be easily used in all locations, even in dangerous places.

The standard checkpoints can be screwed or glued on. If you want to attach the checkpoints to metal surfaces, then use the on-metal checkpoints. These are self-adhesive and shielded against metal surfaces.

COREDINATE operates its servers exclusively in Germany. Both data storage and data protection are therefore subject to strict German legislation. At the same time, our servers are highly reliable, i.e. well secured against possible failures.

COREDINATE takes over many tasks that were previously performed by your staff. If an employee in an object needs only 5 minutes per day for reading out the guard control system, this results in a time expenditure of 2.5 hours per month for 30 calendar days! If we assume an hourly rate of € 12,- per hour, this results in costs of € 30,- per month. Already now the costs of COREDINATE would be covered by the omission of this work. If we now add up the effort for the creation of event protocols (handwritten protocol by the employee, clean compilation for the customer and dispatch), COREDINATE practically pays for itself - because COREDINATE takes care of all this on the background.

COREDINATE's pricing model is simple and clear. We charge per app that you install on a smartphone. With a contract period of 24 months, you get the app from 29 euros per month. Do you want maximum flexibility? Then we offer you our Flex App with a monthly contract period from 49 euros per app and month. The portal is always completely free, you only pay for the apps you install on your mobile devices. There are no other ongoing costs. When you activate the first app, we charge a one-time setup fee of 99 euros. The NFC media you want to use (checkpoints, access cards, beacons) cost between 2 and 3 euros. All prices are plus VAT and shipping.
