Deactivate a tour
Tours don't necessarily have to be completely deleted right away if you don't need it right now. We will show you how to (temporarily) deactivate it.
In practice, it can always happen that you temporarily no longer need to execute tours, but want to access them again later. So that you do not have to delete the tour completely and then create it again, you can simply deactivate the tour.
Please proceed as follows:
- Log in to the portal
- Open your tours via Master data>Tours
- Click on the O at the end of the entry to deactivate the tour
