Widgets "Record incident", "Log task", "Show text" and "Show files" available for users without explicit rights.
Widget – Record incident
This new widget places a button in the dashboard that speeds up incident recording.
The labeling of the button, the icon, the available event types, the areas and the permission for attachments can be saved.
Select areas
- If no areas are selected, the system determines which areas the employee can see, based on responsibility. These are suggested to him.
- If an area is selected, the first step, Location, is skipped in the event recording.
If several areas are selected, the employee must make a selection, whereby his or her responsibility is not taken into account.
Select incident-types
Similar to the areas, incident types can be selected. The number of stored event types controls the response of the dialog. If no incident type is selected, the system determines the employee's available event types according to the responsibilities. If an event type is selected, it is assigned directly and can no longer be changed.
If several incident types are selected, the employee must make a selection, regardless of their responsibility. At the end, the feature can be used to control whether the Attachments step should still be displayed.
Widget – Log task
As with the Record incident widget, the label, icon, available tasks and areas can also be selected here.
Select task
- No task selected = tasks that the employee is allowed to see due to their responsibility.
- A task selected = task is occupied and cannot be changed. Several tasks selected = employee must make a selection.

Exactly as for incident recording.
Widget – Show text
The widget offers you the option of storing instructions directly in the dashboard in a rich text editor. For example, you can provide work instructions or operating instructions for employees.
As you can see in the screenshot, by creating and sharing a dashboard, you can provide an electronic watch book that is easy to use.
Widget – Show files
This widget makes it possible to give employees in the dashboard immediate access to files from the file manager according to their responsibilities. The files are downloaded immediately with a click.
