HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN USING COREDINATE?
We have been using COREDINATE® since 2019.
WHY SHOULD A SECURITY SERVICE USE COREDINATE?
The controls are transparent and comprehensible for the customer. Reports of damage or similar can be sent to the customer immediately.
HOW HAS OUR TOOL OPTIMIZED YOUR WORKFLOW?
Many documentation tasks that previously had to be completed manually and, in particular, subsequently processed by office staff and forwarded to the customer, for example.
HOW DO YOU RATE THE USABILITY OF COREDINATE?
It is easy for the employee to select the next object, here the employee can be shown what needs to be done at the object, which key should be used for this and how long the inspection round should generally take.
HOW DO YOU RATE THE SET-UP AND FIRST STEPS WITH COREDINATE?
Once you have familiarized yourself with it, it is very easy to use.
HOW HAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS/EMPLOYEES REACTED TO THE NEW POSSIBILITIES WITH COREDINATE?
At first, customers merely took note of it. The employees were skeptical at first. After a short time, however, they were enthusiastic and the customers were grateful that they are always informed about what is going on at the properties.
HOW MANY LICENSES DO YOU HAVE IN USE?
We currently have two licenses in use.
WHICH FUNCTION(S) DO YOU PREFER TO USE? AND WHY?
We use many incidents and the notification rules behind them. Apart from that, I am convinced by the duty roster module and the flexible forms are also used for several processes.
