Comment on messages – app

You can also leave comments for received messages in the app. We explain how to do that here. Please log in to the app as usual.

You can also make comments for received messages in the app. We explain how you do that here. Please log in to the app as usual. Now you will see – provided you have the appropriate rights – the icon for messages in the top bar of the display. Tap the memos icon to access the messages:

Now select the message you want to comment on.

Here you can confirm that you read this message if it's required.

Then tap on the Comments section, where upon you can tap on Create new comment.

Enter your comment at this point:

After you submit your comment, it will be visible in your mobile device as well as in the portal.

Please note:
The comment function only appears in the app if the author of the message has also set this in the portal!
