You can also complete processes and tasks from our ticket system on the app if they are assigned to you.
To be able to complete processes or tasks with the app, you must have booked the ticket system.
In this article, we explain how you can complete processes and/or tasks of a process from the ticket system on the app.
First, a process must be started in the portal by an authorized user. You can find out how this works here. If you assign a task or a complete process to a user, it is either
- informed by e-mail (if an e-mail address is stored in his profile) or
- the person is shown a pop-up window on the app where the logged-in user is informed of the assignment.
If the user is currently in a tour, they can also close the window and work on the process or task later.
Overview
Here you can see all possible processes and their status. Click on the desired process to go into more detail.
Another menu with tabs appears at the bottom, which exists specifically for tasks. Here we can go directly to the tasks that belong to this process and are important.
If you tap on the task, you can start editing it by clicking on the button.
After tapping on Start task, the app jumps to edit mode, in which you can pause the task or mark it as completed. Pause the task if you want to continue working on it the next day, for example. If you tap on Done, the task is initially completed. In the event that the task was completed by mistake, you can also resume it. In this case, you will see the Pause and Done buttons again.
Comments
Files and comments can be created not only in the respective tasks, but also for the task as a whole. Here you can see the comments for the task:
Events
In the Events tab, you can quickly and clearly see which event led to the process. Useful information such as date, time, area, customer and the type of event are also listed here.
Files
Tap on the cloud icon files at the bottom right so that each assigned user can attach one or more photos to their task if required.
Attach photo allows you to use an image already saved on your mobile device or take a photo. If you have taken a picture or selected one, this is displayed directly in the app.
The photos that users attach to a process or task in the app are not recorded in the file manager.
If different users are assigned to a task or its tasks, only each user can complete the task that is assigned to them. If a task has been completed by its assigned user, it is then removed from the view when you leave the task view.
If a task is not assigned to you, you will not be able to complete it! You will then receive the following warning in red at the bottom of the screen.
If a user is entered as an editor in the portal on the right-hand side of the main page of the process under Information, they can also write comments and attach photos, but they cannot complete the tasks assigned to another user.
Changes
This user can also see the changes that have been made to the process – simply click on Changes at the bottom right:
