What exactly is the difference between Basic and Flex?
Only the contract length. Basic runs for 2 years and costs €32/device/month. Flex is cancellable monthly and costs €52/device/month. The feature set is identical in both plans — all 15 core features are fully included.
How is billing handled — per device or as a flat rate?
Billing is per active device per month. With 10 devices on the Basic plan, you pay €320/month. Add-on modules such as duty planning are also billed per device — only for the devices that actually use the module.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try COREDINATE free of charge for 14 days, no credit card required. The test kit includes NFC tags and access to the full platform — you can start real checkpoint scans immediately.
What hardware is required?
No special hardware. COREDINATE works with standard Android and iOS smartphones. NFC tags for checkpoints are inexpensive and your staff can install them in a few minutes. No technician required.
Are training and support included?
Yes. Training is included in both plans at no extra cost — as online training or train-the-trainer concept for your dispatchers. The Help Center is available 24/7/365. SLAs are available for enterprise customers.
How does COREDINATE handle GDPR and data protection?
COREDINATE runs exclusively on German servers (AWS Frankfurt, geo-redundant). All data is subject to German data protection standards — stricter than the EU minimum. GPS tracks are stored for 6 months, all other data for the full contract term. An audit trail ensures that entries cannot be modified after upload.
Can I add or cancel add-on modules at any time?
Yes. Flexible forms, duty planning and the extended file manager can be activated and deactivated independently of the main plan. The ticket system is configured individually — please contact sales for details.
