Christian Rockus works as an Organizational Manager for the German Armed Forces and Weapons Systems at Klüh Security GmbH.

His greatest professional achievement to date has been the restructuring of weapons management through quality management processes (QM). This included the implementation of an annual proficiency training in compliance with DGUV V23 into the company’s proprietary e-learning program for 750 security officers and armed personnel.

Mr. Rockus is also distinguished by his extensive expertise in weapons law and weapons technology. In addition to ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, his focus lies on employees and their safe handling of firearms. He oversees the aforementioned training as well as the “Weapon Handling” training program and provides advisory support.

His commitment to fostering a respectful, responsible, and safe approach to firearms highlights his loyalty and reliability as an employee. For him, security officers form the foundation of a functioning company philosophy and contribute fundamentally to the company’s success.
