In 2022, we decided to offer our website in Arabic, implement additional marketing measures, and delve deeper into the specific requirements of the Arab market. We knew our guard patrol system could provide genuine value to this region, but it was clear that we first needed to establish our presence there.

Last year, my colleague Alan Thornton and I traveled to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to meet potential business partners and explore the country’s culture. This gave us the opportunity to discover the great value COREDINATE^® offers to the security sector across the region. We listened, gathered valuable insights, further developed our product, and successfully launched new functionalities.

Organized by trAIDe in cooperation with the Federal Government, the focus of the trip was to support German companies with their market entry in Saudi Arabia. A highlight was the visit to SAFE, the National Security Services Company, and the reception at the German Embassy.

At the Saudi-German Civil Security Congress, we were able to present our guard patrol tour system, generating significant interest, while the visit to SAFE provided insights into the modern security sector. The trip was rounded off by cultural highlights such as the Al Bujairi Heritage Park and the Sky Bridge of the Kingdom Centre, which bid us farewell with breathtaking views.
