At the end of January 2026, the COREDINATE team attended the group seminar of the Nomadia Group at the Étiolles Country Club near Paris. Two days of conferences, workshops and exchange with over 200 colleagues from different business units and several European markets.
What was discussed, what came out of it – and what it means for COREDINATE customers.
Five Business Units, One Seminar
The Nomadia Group is a European market leader for SaaS solutions in Field Operations – software for field service teams, technicians, sales representatives, logistics and security services. The Group Seminar brings together the teams from all business units.
The format: conferences on group strategy and industry developments in the morning, business-unit-specific workshops in the afternoon. This year at the Étiolles Country Club, southeast of Paris.
For the COREDINATE team, it meant two full days – with presentations, working sessions and direct exchange with colleagues who develop SaaS solutions for other industries and markets.

What Was Discussed in the Conferences
The morning conferences covered topics that affect customers across all business units:
Rising documentation requirements – Clients and regulators are demanding more comprehensive records from service providers. Whether maintenance logs for technician deployments, route reports in field service or patrol reports in security services – the industries differ, but the direction is the same everywhere: more transparency, more accountability, more digital processes. Clients want to monitor the status of their sites themselves – for example through a client portal with access to reports and patrol data.
Skills shortage and scaling – How can service providers cover more clients and deployments without administrative overhead outpacing revenue? The question came from multiple business units at once – because it affects customers in every industry, from route planning to operations management. Anyone managing 20 sites today who needs to handle 50 tomorrow requires systems where time tracking, shift planning and incident documentation don't create additional workload with every new site.
AI as a tool – Where can AI concretely help service providers with analysis and planning of field deployments? The discussion was pragmatic: it's about automating routine tasks – pattern analysis, optimised planning, predictive maintenance alerts for checkpoint systems and GPS-based patrols – not about replacing skilled workers.
For managing directors and operations managers who use COREDINATE, these are not abstract trends. They are the topics that feed directly into product development.
Workshops and Roadmap Work
One concrete outcome of the workshops: a deeper collaboration with the team from Withtime (pictured in the feature image), Nomadia's solution for deployment planning and management in the security industry. Withtime offers, among other things, its own DATI/PTI module for lone worker protection – and since COREDINATE already provides workplace safety with dead man's alarm, there are clear points of convergence between the two products. The teams are working on joint solutions. What this means for customers will become clear over the coming months.
