"Show text" widget – The widget offers the option to store instructions directly in a rich text editor on the dashboard. For example, you can add work instructions or operating notes for employees.

"Show files" widget – The widget can also be used to give employees instant access to files from the file manager according to their responsibilities. One click is enough to download the files.

Savable filters in the shift planner – Note from the developers: We have taken your feedback on board. The shift planner already offers numerous filter options, but until now it was necessary to constantly switch back and forth between different filter settings to work efficiently. From now on, a new button appears in the shift planner as soon as filters are used. With it, you can simply save the current filter configuration .

New column for tour reports – Displaying a large number of points within a tour has been a challenge for quite some time. In addition, it was previously not possible to see directly whether a point was captured as a substitute scan or not – the portal view had to be consulted for this. With the new column “ Tour completion (tabular) ”, a table is added to each row in the report. It clearly breaks down the sequence of tour points, shows whether a point was a substitute scan, and displays the associated image directly.

New report type for events by event type – The new report type for events provides a clear presentation by displaying events ordered by event type instead of purely chronologically.

Carry vacation quotas over to the next year – Here we take a different approach: instead of creating additional quotas with a different validity period (01.01.–31.03.), we allow the existing period to be extended with clear labeling. This reduces both the complexity and the number of quotas in the system. Previously, it was not possible to edit a quota once an absence had been recorded. From now on, however, the validity end date can be changed , so quotas can easily be carried over to the next year. To meet legal requirements, every change is clearly flagged . The change history shows both the time of the adjustment and the responsible editor

Map improvements for GPS tours – Optimized map view: the display of tours in the map view has been significantly improved and now performs much better. Even tours with more than 100 GPS checkpoints are supported without any problems .

Links in notifications – From now on, an attribute can be set in notification rules that inserts links into the emails. These links take the user directly to the corresponding work results in the portal, with the filtering already preset.

Shift plan – A fixed sort order of employees can now be defined. When this sorting is enabled, it is retained when clicking a shift assignment, and no automatic re-sorting takes place .

Shifts – The views “ ” and “ My shifts ” now show the assigned employees in a dedicated column. In addition, a new filter has been added to search specifically for shifts to which a particular person is assigned.

New export format for events – Note from the developers: We have noticed that with the growing information density of events, the current table format is reaching its limits. With the introduction of comments, there is yet another source of information that currently cannot be exported. An export in table format is therefore no longer effective at the moment.

Edit shifts in the past – Shifts can now also be created in the past to record them retroactively. When creating a shift and assigning an employee, you are asked whether a working-time record should also be created for the employee.

Native notifications for messages – Publishing a message now also triggers a notification in the app, even when the app is closed. This prevents the message from being overlooked. For users there is now the new permission " Messages in the Lite app ". It enables Lite app users to receive messages as well. With this release, all notifications have finally been migrated and can be received even when the app is closed.

Task completion via the portal – time and date adjustable – When completing a task via the portal, the timestamp can now also be changed retroactively. This allows task completions to be recorded after the fact.

Reworked user interface for notification rules – Before this version, the notification rules table consisted only of a name. As a result, users embedded labels in the assigned names to keep track.

Search users by permissions and roles – To quickly find out which users have access to your tours, for example, the user view can now be searched by individual permissions.

Configurable event notifications – The wizard for configuring event notifications now offers an additional step to configure the content of the email delivered after an incident has been captured.

Scaling of assignment filtering – The statistics adapt to the assignment filtering, enabling a comparison of locations/customers/areas with each other. Branches are compared without filtering:

Assignment filters for various views – Assignment filters are now available in the following views to make searching and filtering easier. They can be found in the following views:

Stored notifications – Before this update, notifications were only displayed if the user was active at exactly that moment and had internet access (app). Now a range of notifications is sent to the app and stored there, so nothing can be overlooked in the future.

New planning tools for the duty roster – Under Duty roster > Overview you will now find 2 new widgets that give you a quick overview of how far your planning has progressed and which items require your attention. The four boxes use the green bar to inform you how many assignments have already been categorized. The blue bar shows the number of published assignments.

Comment field for shift assignments – Comments can now be added to individual shifts to respond to individual cases without having to contact the employee directly.

New columns in the tour report – Previously there was only one time column showing the start and end time depending on the status. We have now split this into detailed sections to meet customer requests.

Multiple shifts on one day – Employees can now be assigned to multiple shifts on one day. In some scenarios where employees take on several smaller shifts, this helps with finer scheduling.

Notifications for impact levels – In the last release, we introduced impact levels to make it easier to categorize the urgency of events. To respond better to relevant events, a notification rule can now be set for the corresponding level.

Impact levels for event types – Impact levels can now be assigned to event types. This lets important events be identified and reported more quickly. Under Work results > Reports there is now a new column and filter Impact level . To configure impact levels, you need the new permission Manage impact levels , which administrators receive automatically.

Create and edit tours in the app – We want to give our administrators a way to set up their tours on site directly via the app. Tours can now be managed via the app.

Device status information in the portal – Developer comment: Especially for companies with many devices, it is often difficult to verify whether all device settings are working correctly without having the device directly in hand.

Event reports filterable by status – The event report now has a Status filter and can, for example, forward only deleted events via report. If there are no deleted events in the period, no report is sent.

Cases and processes: subtasks have a configurable order – Previously, the order of subtasks in cases and processes could no longer be changed after creation. From now on there is an Order column that, similar to route points in tours, lets the order be changed afterwards.

Key handovers to third parties – Under Master data > Keys, individual keys can be given an attribute that determines whether the key may be handed over to third parties via the app.

GPS coordinates for tasks, checkpoints and keys – Under GPS > Settings you can now define where GPS coordinates should be captured when completing a task, scanning a checkpoint and handing over a key.

Shift planner respects rest periods – Under Duty Planning > Settings > Rules, rest periods can now be defined. This rule controls how long an employee must rest before being available for duty again.

Color-code shifts – In the shift settings, a background and font color can now be chosen for the shift cell in the employee section below.

New print view "Employee overview" – The print view corresponds to the lower section of the shift planner and shows absences as well as the individual shift assignments in the configured color.
