WHY SHOULD A SECURITY SERVICE USE COREDINATE®?
COREDINATE® has made our daily workflows more flexible. The app allows instructions and last-minute changes to the control service to be transmitted promptly. With COREDINATE®, the workplace protection can be optimally integrated into the service process. In the event of queries from the customer, it is possible to react quickly, as the real-time transmission enables access by the person responsible at any time.
HOW HAS COREDINATE® OPTIMIZED YOUR WORKFLOW?
COREDINATE® enabled us to react immediately to incidents during the tour. We can digitally forward findings in the documents that we have uploaded to the system to the person responsible. Photos taken can be assigned to the corresponding tour. Creating tours is simple and not very time-consuming. The ability to set GPS points in particular simplifies certain control activities.
Another advantage of COREDINATE® is that the data is saved in a cloud and you can log in immediately and from anywhere if your employees have any questions. With COREDINATE®, only the smartphone with the COREDINATE® app needs to be used and not the telephone, WKS system or PNA as before.

The operation of COREDINATE® is very structured and can be understood by anyone after a short period of use. Support is very helpful in the event of problems.
HOW DO YOU RATE THE SET-UP AND FIRST STEPS WITH COREDINATE®?
There were no problems when setting up COREDINATE®. After commissioning, the friendly and very competent support department helped us with minor problems.
HOW HAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS/EMPLOYEES REACTED TO THE NEW POSSIBILITIES WITH COREDINATE®?
There was consistently positive feedback from our customers, especially with regard to the structured protocols. The employees also responded positively to the new technology after being instructed in its use.
