What are the conditions?

With this warranty, CROSSCALL also strengthens the sustainability of its products. In a market where a 2-year warranty is still the norm, this is a true unique selling point. The new devices with a 5-year warranty also feature a powerful lithium-ion battery that withstands extreme temperatures and is optimized with energy-saving components. However, even the most durable battery can degrade over time due to heavy usage or natural chemical aging. CROSSCALL promises to replace defective batteries if their capacity falls below 70% or the number of full charge cycles is 850 or less.
